No. In order for your resume to be displayed according to the search filters on the page for employers, we have specially developed a questionnaire for all job seekers. You need to correctly and reliably fill out the questionnaire on our website, then it will be displayed for company recruiters. Our questionnaire meets the requirements of employment in Switzerland and is approved by many large companies.
Who will see the answers?
Employers and recruiters who are looking for employees from Ukraine will see your profile, in addition to personal data. But in order to receive your contact information and send you an invitation to an interview, the company will have to confirm its activity officially.
How will the base work?
Information from each individual question of your questionnaire is distributed to the corresponding cell, from which information will then be extracted in the search for the employer. According to the filters that the employer chooses on the search page, questionnaires will be displayed.
Is it necessary to decipher the profession in the questionnaire?
Unfortunately, our names LFMV or LHBA will not explain anything to the employer. Therefore, it is desirable that you indicate the full name of the profession.
When will the work be?
After you have filled out the questionnaire, we contact companies that have employees like you and introduce you to companies that you know how to do, even without knowing the language. We ask companies to allocate quotas as humanitarian assistance for employment.
